A collaboration between Jem Cresswell and Martine Emdur

Jem Cresswell and Martine Emdur’s paths first crossed back in 2015, due to their mutual connection with the ocean. Bringing their worlds together, this black and white series captured along the urban coastal fringe of Sydney, Australia, invites us on an immersive journey to aquatic bliss. We see figures, poetic in nature, reveling in freedom. The ocean, a multi-sensory escape, of such significance to so many of our lives.
